To help with the planning process, we kindly ask that you submit your RSVP for all wedding events as soon as possible using the RSVP form on our website here. The final deadline for RSVPs is April 1, 2024.
Are more details available regarding each event dress code?
Relaxed and stylish shorts or trousers for men in lightweight fabrics like cotton or linen. Fashion-forward short dresses or midi/maxi length sun dresses for the ladies.
WEDDING DAY: Black Tie
Long dresses/gowns for ladies and tuxedos for gentlemen. We welcome vibrant summer colors! If you do not own a tux, there are many options to rent.
SUNDAY- RELAX & RECHARGE: Casual/come as you are
We are excited to have you alongside us recharging from the weekend's events- please come as you are. If you wish to swim, bring your swimwear + if you are up for challenging Sander to a game of tennis, remember your tennis shoes.
Transportation WILL be provided to bring you to and from the Pool Party and Wedding Reception.
Transportation throughout your stay will be down to you so if you would like to explore outside of Saint Remy or your desired hotel, we would recommend renting a car.
Both The Pool Party and Wedding Day will take place on grass in some areas, so we recommend avoiding stilettos or any heels that might sink into the grass.
Like most places in Europe, parking will vary throughout Provence. When in Saint Remy de Provence, we would recommend booking parking with your hotel, if it's offered. If it's not, or you are staying outside of the city center and wish to visit, there is a medium size parking lot in the center of Saint Remy which you can pay for hourly.
For guests staying at Château des Alpilles, parking is plentiful and included in your stay.
If you decide to visit the nearby Les Baux de Provence, it is car-free town so you will need to take advantage of the car parks at the bottom of the village. Since the village is built on a cliff, there are many stairs to get inside therefore, we would not recommend this excursion for those guests with walking disabilities.
Due to venue capacity we are unfortunately not able to accommodate additional guests outside of those specifically mentioned on your wedding invitation
You coming to France is the best gift we could ever receive. So no wish lists or new crockery. Those of you who can afford it we would only kindly ask to make a contribution to the hotel costs.
If you would like to give a speech at any time during the weekend, please let us know on the RSVP form. As much as we love speeches, it would be very helpful to know how much time you think you would need so we can give you the stage at the right time during the weekend.
